How to ensure the best fit.
To ensure the best fit of your cuffminks®, measure around the widest part of your leg below the knee. cuffminks® maximum circumference is 16″.

All cuffminks® liners are made up of Nylon Tricot (82% Nylon and 18% Spandex)

All cuffminks® cuffs are 100% faux fur consisting of Acrylic and Polyester. Please see individual product for specific details.
How can I pay for my online order?
In addition to PayPal, SterlingRoseBuds, LLC accepts most major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA and Discover. These credit card charges will be processed through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may check out as a guest.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time of check out.
Did my order go through?
After placing your order, you will receive two emails. First is an order confirmation email which will arrive shortly after placing your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
I just submitted my order, can I change it?
Orders are processed quickly, and we are not able to guarantee any changes once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please include the order number in the email so we can easily identify your order. If your order has not been shipped, we will make every effort to honor your request.
Are gift boxes available?
Our custom designed gift box is included with each cuffminks® boot cuffs purchase. This gift box is a stunning matte black inside and out, foil stamped with our logo and brand on the sides, and an embossed boot with cuff image on the front. On the inside cover you will find a copy of “Our Story”.
What are the shipping costs?
Online orders (excluding wholesalers) within the Continental US are offered a $7.99 flat rate shipping and handling charge. Expedited shipping is available. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order arrive?
To guarantee delivery by December 24, 2016, please place your order no later than Friday, December 16, 2016.
If you would like to place an order after Friday, December 16, 2016 to be delivered by December 24, 2016, please send your delivery address to us at email@example.com to receive our expedited shipping charges.
You can expect your order to arrive in approximately 5-8 business days. SterlingRosebuds, LLC ships all packages via USPS out of Massachusetts.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
In addition to USPS Ground (Continental US), we do offer Priority Shipping and Overnight Delivery. All expedited orders placed before noon EST Monday-Friday will ship same day. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for rates.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, SterlingRoseBuds, LLC does not ship internationally.
How long does it take to process returns?
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your credit will be processed in 7-10 business days.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your SterlingRoseBuds purchase, you can simply return or exchange your new, unused product. Returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Date Of Receipt is the date the USPS has confirmed to us that your package has been delivered. No returns will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization Form (RGA). Please contact us at email@example.com to inform us of your return.
Any returns received after our 10 day return period will be issued a merchandise credit only.
All products must be in perfect, unused condition. We reserve the right not to accept a return if the product has been worn, is damaged or has been cleaned in a method other than specified in our Care and Cleaning Instructions outlined on the package label: Spot Clean Only. Do Not Dry Clean. Air Dry.
The purchase price of the cuffminks® will be credited to your original form of payment once the cuffminks® have been received and inspected. Credit issued will not include original shipping or insurance. The cost of return shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund if return postage has not been pre‐paid by customer.
Please consider a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
SterlingRosebuds,LLC takes Quality Control very seriously. We personally hand inspect each and every cuffminks® cuff before we package and send our product along to our customers.
If you receive your cuffminks® and they are damaged or are the incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any returns received after our 10 day return period will be issued merchandise credit only. We will provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order or refund, whichever you prefer. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you will consider a replacement order instead of a return.
Your privacy is very important to us and we would like to assure you that any information you give us will only be used by SterlingRoseBuds, LLC. This includes your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and payment information. We are committed to using and maintaining this information responsibly. It is not our policy to share personal information with others.
